Frequently Asked Questions
1. What exactly do you do during a hypnosis and mentalism show?
My shows combine comedy stage hypnosis and mind-blowing mentalism. Hypnosis involves volunteers from the audience participating in hilarious, interactive routines while under safe, guided hypnosis. Mentalism includes feats of mind reading, prediction, and psychological illusion — always clean, fun, and unforgettable.
2. Is hypnosis safe?
Absolutely. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of mind — not sleep or mind control. All participants are treated with respect, and I always ensure the experience is positive, safe, and fun. Volunteers can choose to participate or stop at any time.
3. How long is the show?
Most shows run 60 to 75 minutes, but I can customize the length based on your event’s schedule — whether you need a 30-minute act or a full evening of entertainment. I often perform both strolling entertainment during a cocktail hour and then a stage show for everyone after. This can also be custom timed.
4. What types of events do you perform at?
I perform at a wide range of events, including:
High school and college shows
Corporate events and conferences
Fundraisers and galas
Private parties and holiday celebrations
Each show is tailored to the audience and occasion.
5. How much space or equipment do you need?
I keep things simple! All I typically need is:
A performance area (approx. 10’ x 20’)
Chairs for volunteers
Access to power for sound equipment
If your venue has a stage and sound system, great! If not, I can bring everything needed.
6. Do you offer clean, family-friendly entertainment?
Yes! I specialize in clean, age-appropriate comedy for all audiences — whether it's teens at a high school grad night or professionals at a corporate retreat. I never embarrass or humiliate participants.
7. Can people be made to do things against their will?
No. Hypnosis cannot make anyone do something they don’t want to do. Volunteers are fully aware and in control, and the show is all about creating laughter and amazement — never discomfort or awkwardness. My volunteers are treated like the stars of the show....because they are!
8. What if no one wants to volunteer for the hypnosis part?
That’s rare — most audiences are excited to participate! But even if fewer volunteers come forward, I can seamlessly shift to more mentalism and interactive mind-reading, keeping the energy high and the show engaging.
9. Do you travel outside my area?
Yes! I travel nationwide for events. Travel costs may apply depending on your location, but I’ll work with you to create a package that fits your needs and budget.
10. How far in advance should I book you?
Some shows book even a year ahead but I recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance or more, especially during busy seasons like prom, grad nights, and holiday parties. However, if you have a last-minute event, reach out — I might still be available!
